The invention provides a steel wire rope length determination method. The method comprises the steps of (1) calculating the cross section diameter J of each layer of steel wire rope on a winch; (2) calculating the length L of one circle of each layer of steel wire rope according to the cross section diameter J of each layer of steel wire rope; (3) calculating the total length Z of the steel wire rope of each layer; (31) calculating the total length ZM of the steel wire rope of the outermost layer M; (4) calculating the total length D of the steel wire rope; (5) calculating the total length DM-1 of the front (M-1) layers of steel wire ropes; (6) calculating the total length D of the steel wire rope; according to the method, the cross section diameter of the steel wire rope is calculated to determine the length of each layer of steel wire rope on the winch after the steel wire rope is wound around the winch for one circle, so that the total length of each layer of steel wire rope on the winch can be calculated, and the overall length of the steel wire rope can be calculated through the total length of each layer of steel wire rope; therefore, calculation is performed layer by layer, so that the calculation result is clear, and omissions are not easy to occur.

    本发明提供一种钢丝绳的长度确定方法,(1)计算绞车上每层钢丝绳的横截直径J;(2)根据每层钢丝绳的横截直径J计算每一层钢丝绳一圈的长度L;(3)计算每一层的钢丝绳总长度Z;(31)计算最外层M的钢丝绳总长度ZM;(4)对钢丝绳的总长度D进行计算;(5)计算前M‑1层钢丝绳的总长度DM‑1;(6)计算钢丝绳的总长度D;上述的方法,通过对钢丝绳的横截直径进行计算,进而确定绞车上每层钢丝绳在绕绞车一圈后的长度,由此即可计算出绞车上每一层的钢丝绳总长度,通过每一层的钢丝绳总长度即可计算钢丝绳整体的长度进行计算,由此通过一层一层地进行计算,使得计算结果清晰,不容易出现疏漏。
