Comprising a hoisting plate, the top of the hoisting plate is connected with a crane through a steel cable, first motors are arranged on the two sides of the hoisting plate correspondingly, a pair of sliding blocks are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the hoisting plate, the sliding blocks are slidably connected to the hoisting plate through the first motors, and the bottoms of the two sliding blocks are fixedly connected with a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod correspondingly; a first hoisting frame is fixedly connected to the bottom of the first connecting rod, and a first protection part is arranged on one side of the first hoisting frame and used for protecting one end of the water conservancy and hydropower pipe fitting. By arranging the first protection part, the adjusting assembly and the second protection part, when an operator hoists a pipe fitting, not only can the port of the pipe fitting be protected, but also a hanging piece with a right-angle bent pipe can be hoisted, so that the pipe fitting is safer in the hoisting process.

    本发明提供一种水利水电管件安装用吊装机构,涉及管件吊装技术领域。包括吊装板的顶部通过钢缆与吊机连接,所述吊装板的两侧均设置有第一电机,所述吊装板的底部对称设置有一对滑块,所述滑块通过第一电机滑动连接在吊装板上,两个所述滑块的底部分别固定连接有第一连接杆和第二连接杆,所述第一连接杆的底部固定连接有第一吊装框,所述第一吊装框的一侧设置有第一保护部,所述第一保护部用于保护水利水电管件的一端。本发明通过设置第一保护部、调节组件和第二保护部,在操作人员进行管件吊装的时候,不仅可以对管件的端口处进行保护,同时还可以吊装存在直角弯管的挂件,使管件在吊装的过程中,更加的安全。
