The rapid hoisting tool comprises a supporting rod, a hoisting tool hook is arranged at the top end of the supporting rod, a tray is arranged at the bottom end of the supporting rod, a supporting disc is arranged in the middle of the supporting rod, a limiting pressing disc is arranged at the upper end of the supporting rod, and an auxiliary hoisting rod is connected to one side of the tray; the lower portion of the auxiliary hoisting rod is fixedly sleeved with a bolt block, the upper portion of the auxiliary hoisting rod is movably sleeved with a lantern ring, and one end of the lantern ring is connected with the limiting pressing disc through a connecting rod. Due to the fact that the limiting pressing disc, the supporting disc and the tray are adopted, the transformer bushing can be tightly fixed, and the hoisting structure can be simplified; according to the transformer bushing hoisting tool, a plurality of bushings can be hoisted at a time, the construction efficiency is improved, the stability of the bushings in the hoisting process can be ensured through the tool, the hoisting efficiency of the transformer bushings can be remarkably improved, and the construction cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种变压器套管快速吊装工装,包括支撑杆,所述支撑杆的顶端设置有吊具挂钩,所述支撑杆的底端设置有托盘,且支撑杆的中部设置有支撑盘,所述支撑杆的上端设置有限位压盘,所述托盘的一侧连接有辅助吊装杆,所述辅助吊装杆的下部固定套设有栓块,且辅助吊装杆的上部活动套设有套环,所述套环的一端通过连接杆与限位压盘连接,由于采用了限位压盘、支撑盘和托盘,能够将变压器套管紧紧固定住,它能够简化吊装结构,由于安装时,直接将套管从支撑盘的限位槽中往下放置,本发明一次可吊装多根套管,提高施工效率,工装能够确保套管在吊装过程中的稳定性,可以显著提高变压器套管的吊装效率,降低施工成本。
