According to the aircraft variant nose cone structure based on the flexible paper folding mechanism, the nose cone structure comprises a plurality of multi-layer paper folding structure units with different sizes, and telescopic and bending deformation can be achieved; and by changing the size of the paper folding structure and increasing the number of layers of the paper folding structure units, the stretching and bending dimensions of the nose cone structure can be changed, so that different deformation requirements can be met. Each paper folding structure unit is formed by combining a trapezoid and a triangle, a plurality of layers of paper folding structure units form a tubular paper folding structure, and the tubular paper folding structures with different sizes are connected through the *-shaped transition unit and are overlapped up and down to form a foldable variant nose cone structure. The nose cone structure can be driven by external force to achieve stretching and bending deformation, and the structure can be kept unchanged in different deformation states after the external force is removed. The nose cone structure provided by the invention is a flexible deformable structure, has a paper surface deformation transition function in a bending process, and can realize large stretching and bending deformation. The nose cone is simple in structure and has the performance of large folding-unfolding ratio, large bending angle, high expansion and contraction rate and the like. When different materials and driving forms are adopted, the variable aircraft nose cone can meet the requirements of different deformation such as stretching and bending at the ascending section and the reentry section of the variable aircraft nose cone.

    本发明提供了一种基于柔性折纸机构的飞行器变体头锥结构,该头锥结构包含多个尺寸大小不同的多层折纸结构单元,能够实现伸缩和弯曲变形,且通过改变折纸结构的尺寸大小以及增加折纸结构单元的层数可以改变头锥结构的伸缩与弯曲尺度,以便适用于不同的变形要求。折纸结构单元由梯形和三角形组合,多层折纸结构单元形成管状折纸结构,不同尺寸的管状折纸结构通过“米”字型过渡单元连接,上下叠加形成可折叠的变体头锥结构。该头锥结构可以在外力驱动下实现伸缩和弯曲变形,撤掉外力后可在不同变形状态下保持构型不变。本发明提供的头锥结构为柔性可变形结构,弯曲过程中具有纸面变形过渡的功能,可实现较大的伸缩和弯曲变形。该头锥结构简单,具有大折展比、大弯曲角度、高伸缩率等性能。本发明在采用不同材料和驱动形式时可适用于变体飞行器头锥在上升段和再入段满足伸缩与弯曲等不同变形的要求。
