The invention discloses a railway train-ground interconnection sensing early warning method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, modeling a coverage area of a trackside camera of a track line; s2, according to the position of the vehicle head, camera video information of the area in front of the vehicle head is obtained from the modeling data of the coverage area of the trackside cameras, and a front camera number list is established; s3, calling a corresponding video monitoring picture according to camera numbers in the front camera number list, screening out an area where someone goes on the lane, and pushing camera information of the corresponding area to a corresponding locomotive-mounted terminal and a ground staring and controlling terminal; s4, the locomotive-mounted terminal and the ground staring and controlling terminal receive the camera information and carry out early warning prompt; according to the method, a timely and effective information interconnection sharing channel is established between the locomotive driver and the on-road personnel, and timely, accurate and effective transmission of early warning information when the locomotive approaches is realized, so that the operation safety is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种铁路车地互联感知预警方法,包括以下步骤:S1、对轨道线路的轨旁摄像头的覆盖区域进行建模;S2、根据车头位置,从所述轨旁摄像头的覆盖区域的建模数据中获取车头前方区域的摄像头视频信息,建立前方摄像头编号列表;S3、根据前方摄像头编号列表中的摄像头编号,调取对应的视频监控画面,筛选出有人上道的区域,并将相应区域的摄像头信息推送至对应的机车车载终端以及地面盯控终端;S4、机车车载终端以及地面盯控终端接收所述摄像头信息并进行预警提示;本方法在机车司机与上道人员之间建立及时有效的信息互联共享通道,实现有车接近时预警信息的及时准确有效传递,从而保障作业安全。
