The invention discloses a machining technology of a high-precision elevator guide rail. The machining technology comprises the steps of preliminary straightening, rust removal, primer coating, drying, side face machining, secondary straightening, finish paint brushing, bottom face and end face machining, mortise and tenon machining, punching, detection, rust prevention treatment and packaging. According to the machining technology of the high-precision elevator guide rail, the overall machining precision is improved through multiple times of straightening, and the surfaces of semi-finished products and finished products of the elevator guide rail are prevented from rusting through multiple times of paint brushing and the like.
