The invention discloses an intelligent heat dissipation control method and system for a lighting unmanned aerial vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the temperature of an LED lamp panel in real time through a temperature sensor during starting, carrying out the prediction calculation of the temperature of the LED lamp panel through an embedded controller, and calculating the predicted temperature which can be reached by the LED lamp panel in a future preset time period through a multi-parameter correlation model; according to the prediction and calculation result, the control system generates a corresponding heat dissipation adjustment strategy, and the control system adjusts an air opening of the air guide groove through the electric control element according to the heat dissipation adjustment strategy; wherein the electric control element comprises a thermosensitive memory metal piece and a heating piece which are arranged in an attached mode, and after the opening degree of the tuyere is adjusted, the control system achieves dynamic heat dissipation adjustment by monitoring temperature changes in real time and through a cyclic data processing and feedback mechanism; the heat dissipation efficiency and the intelligent level of the lighting unmanned aerial vehicle are improved, the service life is prolonged, and the use stability and safety of the unmanned aerial vehicle are enhanced.

    本发明公开了一种照明无人机的散热智能控制方法及系统,包括启动时,通过温度传感器对LED灯板的温度进行实时采集,通过嵌入式控制器对LED灯板的温度进行预测计算,通过多参数关联模型计算LED灯板未来预设时间段能达到的预测温度;根据预测计算的结果,控制系统将生成相应的散热调节策略,控制系统根据散热调节策略,通过电控元件对导风槽的风口进行调节;其中,电控元件包括贴合设置的热敏记忆金属件和加热片,在风口开度调节后,控制系统通过实时监测温度变化,通过循环数据处理与反馈机制,实现动态散热调节;提高了照明无人机的散热效率和智能化水平,延长了使用寿命,增强了无人机使用的稳定性和安全性。
