The invention discloses a thin film tensioning device based on a shape memory polymer composite material and a working method, and belongs to the technical field of deformation regulation and control of space flexible deployable structures. The film base band is made of a shape memory polymer composite material, the end part is connected with the end, the inner side of the end is provided with the end gum, the film base band and the outer side of the end are connected with the packaging layer, the heating element is arranged between the outer side of the film base band and the inner side of the packaging layer, and the heating element is connected with the power supply. The method comprises the following steps: mounting a tensioning device, and supplying power to a heating element on the ground according to a film loosening state; and after being heated, the film base band shrinks and returns to the initial state to tension the film. By means of the unique shape memory characteristic of the shape memory polymer composite material, the film base band can return to the initial state from the pre-stretching state under the power-on condition, so that the attached film is effectively tensioned, and the task execution precision and reliability are ensured.
基于形状记忆聚合物复合材料的薄膜张紧装置及工作方法,属于空间柔性可展开结构变形调控技术领域。薄膜基带采用形状记忆聚合物复合材料,端部与端头连接,端头内侧有端头背胶,薄膜基带及端头外侧均与封装层连接并薄膜基带外侧与封装层内侧之间有加热元件,加热元件与电源连接。步骤如下:张紧装置安装,地面根据薄膜松弛状态对加热元件供电;薄膜基带加热后收缩回复为初始状态对薄膜进行张紧。本发明利用形状记忆聚合物复合材料的独特的形状记忆特性,在通电条件下能使薄膜基带从预拉伸状态回复至初始状态,从而实现对附着薄膜的有效张紧,确保了任务执行的精度和可靠性。
