The invention discloses a deformable bulge air inlet channel structure, and belongs to the field of aircraft air inlet channel structure design. The deformable bulge air inlet duct structure comprises an air inlet duct skin, a bearing frame structure and a driving device. The air inlet skin comprises a rigid skin, a flexible skin and a flexible honeycomb structure. The rigid skin is used for maintaining the aerodynamic configuration of the non-bulge area unchanged, and the flexible skin is used for achieving profile change of the air inlet bulge area. And the flexible honeycomb structure is used for supporting the flexible skin and changing the shape of the bulge under the pushing of the driving device, so that the pneumatic profile of the air inlet channel is adjusted under different flight conditions, and the pneumatic matching characteristics of the air inlet channel and the engine are improved. According to the design scheme of the flexible skin, pneumatic pressure can be effectively borne, and large out-of-plane deformation can be achieved. The supporting structure plays a good distributed supporting role, molded surface deformation can be directly and effectively controlled, the driving form is simple, and therefore high-precision adjustment of the molded surface of the bulge air inlet channel can be achieved.

    一种可变形鼓包进气道结构,属于飞行器进气道结构设计领域。可变形鼓包进气道结构包括进气道蒙皮、承载框结构和驱动装置。进气道蒙皮包含刚性蒙皮、柔性蒙皮和柔性蜂窝结构。刚性蒙皮用于维持非鼓包区域的气动外形不变,柔性蒙皮用于实现进气道鼓包区域的型面变化。柔性蜂窝结构用于支持柔性蒙皮并在驱动装置的推动下改变鼓包形状,实现在不同的飞行条件下调节进气道气动型面,以提升进气道、发动机气动匹配特性。本发明中柔性蒙皮的设计方案能够有效承受气动压力并且可以实现较大的面外变形。本发明中支撑结构起到较好的分布式支撑作用,能够直接有效控制型面变形,并且驱动形式简单,从而可以实现鼓包进气道型面的高精度调节。
