The invention discloses a platform vehicle frame and a design method, and the method comprises the steps: dividing a vehicle frame erection plan into five structural modules, namely a front-section vehicle frame module, a middle-section vehicle frame module, a rear-section vehicle frame module, a suspension support module and an optional configuration module, and each module is independently developed; the five modules are modularly designed according to different requirements and are combined and matched, and frame assembly is completed. Each structure module can be independently developed, so that the design efficiency of the platform frame is improved, and the development difficulty of the frame is reduced; the platform design of the frame can cover all configurations of the platform, and repeated development of the frame due to different configurations is avoided; according to the design method, the platform frame can be modularly matched according to different platform configurations, so that the configuration of an automobile platform is enriched; compared with a traditional frame which is integrally welded and formed, each module of the frame can be independently welded and finally spliced into a complete frame, and the frame precision can be effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种平台化车架及设计方法,方法包括:将车架设计划分为前段车架模块、中段车架模块、后段车架模块、悬置支架模块以及选装配置模块五个结构模块,每个模块独立开发;根据不同的需求对所述五个模块分别进行模块化设计,并进行组合搭配,完成车架组装。每个结构模块可以单独开发,既提高了平台化车架的设计效率,又降低了车架的开发难度;车架平台化设计可以覆盖平台所有配置,避免了因配置不同造成的车架多次开发;本设计方法的平台化车架可以根据平台化配置的不同,进行模块化搭配,丰富了汽车平台的配置;相比于传统车架的一体焊接成型,车架的每个模块可以单独焊接,最后合拼成一个完整的车架,可以有效提高车架精度。
