The invention discloses a battery coolant temperature estimation method, device and system, and the method comprises the steps: firstly determining an initial temperature value of a coolant based on the temperature of a battery cell, the environment temperature, and the interval time between the last power-off and the current power-on; determining a battery heating power variation and a battery cooling power variation from the current moment to a target moment based on the battery thermal management state at the current moment, the heat exchange parameters from the battery cell to the cooling liquid and the heat exchange parameters from the environment where the vehicle is located to the cooling liquid; according to the method, the predicted temperature value of the battery coolant at the target moment is determined, the future temperature state of the battery is estimated by distinguishing the working condition scene and the thermal management scene of the vehicle, and then the temperature of the battery coolant at the target moment is predicted by estimating the future temperature state of the battery. According to the invention, the temperature of the battery coolant at the target moment can be accurately estimated without participation of a battery coolant temperature sensor.

    一种电池冷却液温度预估方法、装置及系统,方案首先基于电芯温度、环境温度、上次下电到本次上电之间的间隔时间确定冷却液温度初值,再基于当前时刻的电池热管理状态、电芯到冷却液的热交换参数、以及车辆所处环境到冷却液的热交换参数确定当前时刻到目标时刻的电池加热功率变化量和电池冷却功率变化量,并结合冷却液温度初值,确定电池冷却液在目标时刻的预测温度值,通过区分车辆的工况场景和热管理场景来预估电池未来的温度状态,进而通过预估电池未来的温度状态对目标时刻的电池冷却液温度进行预测,上述过程无需电池冷却液温度传感器参与,实现了在无电池冷却液温度传感器的参与的情况下,精准地估算目标时刻的电池冷却液温度。
