The invention relates to the technical field of extended-range electric vehicles, in particular to a method for controlling a vehicle-mounted inverter of an extended-range electric vehicle, which comprises the following steps of: setting a physical key in a passenger compartment, and when a driver presses down the physical key, outputting a high effective level to a VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) by a switch; after the VCU judges that the signal is valid, whether the DCAC is allowed to work in the current vehicle state or not is further judged, the DCAC allowed to be used mainly comprises two scenes, namely a whole vehicle read state and a whole vehicle gun insertion charging state, the whole vehicle read state refers to that a whole vehicle high-voltage system is closed, and a whole vehicle power system actually has a driving state, and the whole vehicle gun insertion charging state refers to a whole vehicle gun insertion charging state. According to the whole vehicle gun inserting charging state, a charging gun of a charging pile is used for being inserted into a whole vehicle end quick charging connector, and when the condition is met, a whole vehicle power battery starts to be charged. However, if the control strategy is not fully considered, certain potential safety hazards are possibly brought to the user.

    本发明涉及增程式电动汽车技术领域,具体地说,本发明涉及一种增程式电动汽车车载逆变器控制方法,在乘员舱内设置实体按键,当驾驶者按下实体按键后,且开关输出高有效电平至VCU,VCU判断信号有效后进一步判断当前车辆状态是否允许DCAC工作,DCAC允许被使用场景主要包括两种:一种整车ready状态下,另一种整车插枪充电状态下,所述的整车ready状态是指整车高压系统闭合,整车动力系统实际已具备驱动状态,所述的整车插枪充电状态是指用充电桩所带充电枪与整车端快充接头对插,当条件满足后则开始为整车动力电池进行充电,解决了现有技术DCAC虽然功能方便实用,但如果控制策略考虑不够全面则可能给用户带来一定的用车安全隐患的问题。
