A stator of the motor comprises a stator iron core and a stator winding, each winding groove and a center hole of the stator iron core penetrate through the two end faces of the stator iron core in the axial direction of the stator, the center hole is used for containing a rotor, and a groove opening of each winding groove faces the center hole. Each flat wire of the stator winding comprises two leading-out ends, a plurality of straight line sections and a plurality of bridging sections, each straight line section is arranged in one winding groove, two ends of each bridging section are respectively used for connecting two straight line sections in different winding grooves, and each leading-out end is connected with one straight line section. A part of the bridging section in each flat wire is exposed out of one end face in the axial direction of the stator, and the two ends of each bridging section in the part of the bridging section are connected with the two straight line sections through the two connecting sections respectively. Along the circumferential direction of the stator iron core, the line width of each connecting section is smaller than the notch width of each winding groove, and the notch width of each winding groove is smaller than the in-groove width and the line width of each straight line section or each bridging section.
