The invention provides a voice recognition model training method, a voice recognition method and equipment, and the method comprises the steps: training a first voice recognition model which comprises a CTC decoder and an attention decoder in combination with the sample voice data of an air traffic control field and corresponding annotation text information, according to the invention, the second speech recognition model adaptive to the air traffic control field is rapidly obtained, the efficiency of obtaining the second speech recognition model adaptive to the air traffic control field is improved, and the recognition accuracy and generalization ability of the obtained speech recognition model are improved.
