The method comprises the following steps: in a test preparation stage, arranging a temperature sensor on the upper surface of a test piece; a heat flux sensor is arranged between the test piece and the quartz lamp tube heater and close to the test piece; performing radiation heating on the test piece through a quartz lamp tube heater, applying a vibration load to the test piece through a vibration table, and respectively collecting the surface temperature of the test piece measured by a temperature sensor and the space temperature measured by a heat flux density sensor; constructing a temperature calculation model according to the surface temperature and the space temperature of the test piece; in the test stage, the temperature sensor is removed; performing radiation heating on the test piece through a quartz lamp tube heater, applying a vibration load to the test piece through a vibration table, and collecting a space temperature measured by a heat flux density sensor; and inputting the space temperature into the temperature calculation model, and outputting the surface temperature of the test piece.
