The invention relates to the technical field of helicopter body structure assembly, and discloses a flexible reconfigurable tool for helicopter body structure assembly. The movable cross beam is mounted at the top of the frame; the movement module is mounted on the movable cross beam; a positioner and a drill jig are mounted on the movement module; the modularized bracket and all the sections of the fuselage are kept in a positioning state after the frame is taken off in the previous working procedure; the digital positioners are used for bearing the modularized brackets, and the multiple digital positioners can be linked to complete butt joint of all sections of the machine body; and the AGV is used for unloading and transferring all the sections of the machine body. The frame for general assembly of the fuselage solves the problems that a traditional frame for general assembly of the fuselage is complex in structure and low in flexibility and automation degree, can be quickly used for general assembly of fuselage structures of different models, effectively improves the utilization rate of tools, and has good market prospects and economic benefits.

    本发明涉及直升机身结构装配技术领域,公开了一种用于直升机机身结构总装的柔性可重构工装,其包括:框架;安装在框架顶部的移动横梁;安装在移动横梁上的运动模块;在运动模块上安装有定位器和钻模;模块化托架,其与机身各部段在前道工序下架后保持定位状态;数字化定位器,其承载模块化托架,可多台联动完成机身各部段的对接;AGV车,用于机身各部段的下架和转运。解决了传统的机身总装型架结构复杂、柔性及自动化程度低的问题,可快速用于不同型号机身结构的总装,有效提高工装的利用率,具有较好的市场前景和经济效益。
