The main buoy is provided with a data acquisition control module, the lower portion of the main buoy is connected with a hanging frame and a balancing weight through a suspension cable, the balancing weight is located below the hanging frame, and the hanging frame is provided with a Doppler single-point current meter and an acoustic Doppler flow velocity profiler which are connected with the data acquisition control module.
