The base member includes an opening alignable with the charging port receptacle and a connector extending outwardly from the second surface. The connector is received in the charging port by the connector receiver to align the opening with the charging port receptacle. The frame extends around a peripheral edge of the base member. The frame includes a plurality of walls protruding outwardly from the first surface of the base member. The plurality of walls and the first surface of the base member form a recess.
