The invention relates to a vehicle suspension adjusting method and system, a vehicle and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring cabin sensor data of a vehicle; determining a driving experience demand of a user in the cabin according to the cabin sensor data; obtaining a target suspension adjustment parameter matched with the driving experience demand; and the target suspension adjusting parameters are adopted to adjust the soft and hard states of the suspension of the vehicle, so that the handling stability of the vehicle and the smoothness of the whole vehicle are correspondingly adjusted. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the control stability of the vehicle and the smoothness of the whole vehicle can be adjusted based on the driving experience requirement of the user in the cabin, so that the driving experience of the user is effectively guaranteed.
