The invention relates to a preparation method of a forging-additive composite molding track shoe, a single-plate single-pin track is divided into a forging part and an electric arc additive part, the forging part comprises a track shoe body and forging induction teeth, and the forging induction teeth are of 2/3 structures of the bottoms of the induction teeth; the electric arc additive part is of an induced tooth top 1/3 structure; according to the method, the advantages of high machining efficiency and low cost of the forging process and the advantages of high flexibility degree and high forming density of the electric arc additive manufacturing technology are organically combined, and efficient and low-cost composite manufacturing of the track shoe is achieved. By the adoption of the method, the technical defects and problems existing in an original single forming method can be overcome, die damage caused by large-fall forging of the induction tooth part is reduced, the problem that mold filling is difficult at the position of the induction tooth part is fundamentally solved, the product quality consistency and the qualification rate are guaranteed, the material utilization rate is increased, and the die repairing cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种锻造‑增材复合成型履带板的制备方法,将单板单销履带分为锻造部分和电弧增材部分,锻造部分包括履带板体和锻造诱导齿,锻造诱导齿为诱导齿底部2/3结构;电弧增材部分为诱导齿顶部1/3结构;本发明将锻造工艺加工效率高、成本低的优势与电弧增材制造技术柔性化程度高、成型致密度高的优势进行有机结合,实现了履带板的高效低成本复合制造。采用此方法可改变原有单一成型方法存在的技术缺陷及问题,减少诱导齿部位大落差锻造带来的模具损伤,从根本上解决了诱导齿部分位置充型困难的问题,保证了产品质量一致性与合格率,提高了材料利用率,降低了模具修复成本。
