The invention relates to the technical field of air traffic management, in particular to a high-speed target sparse flight trajectory data prediction method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining flight trajectory sample data which comprises complete flight trajectory sample data, point-shaped missing flight trajectory sample data and segment-shaped missing flight trajectory sample data; the point-shaped missing flight path sample data and the segment-shaped missing flight path sample data are obtained by performing random span masking on complete flight path sample data by using a span covering method; constructing a trajectory prediction model based on a Transform encoder, and training the trajectory prediction model by using the flight trajectory sample data; and inputting the flight trajectory data of the to-be-predicted target into the trajectory prediction target model to obtain complete flight trajectory data of the to-be-predicted target. The method has a good prediction effect on the missing flight path data at different moments and continuous moments, and can be applied to scenes such as exploration, search and rescue, fire extinguishing and the like with unlimited channels.

    本发明涉及空中交通管理技术领域,特别涉及一种高速目标稀疏飞行轨迹数据预测方法及系统,获取飞行轨迹样本数据,所述飞行轨迹样本数据包括完整飞行轨迹样本数据、点状缺失飞行轨迹样本数据和段状缺失飞行轨迹样本数据,所述点状缺失飞行轨迹样本数据和段状缺失飞行轨迹样本数据为利用跨度遮盖方法对完整飞行轨迹样本数据进行随机跨度掩码得到;基于Transformer编码器构建轨迹预测模型,利用飞行轨迹样本数据对轨迹预测模型进行训练;将待预测目标的飞行轨迹数据输入至轨迹预测目标模型,获取待预测目标的完整飞行轨迹数据。本发明在不同时刻和连续时刻缺失的飞行轨迹数据均具有较好的预测效果,能够适用于航道不受限制的勘探、搜救、灭火等场景中的应用。
