The invention relates to the technical field of ships, and discloses a ship trim optimization method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining still water trial navigation data of a target ship; training a propulsive power prediction model taking the navigational speed, the draft and the trim as target input and the propulsive power as target output based on the correlation between each data in the still water trial flight data and the propulsive power; performing particle swarm optimization on the propulsive power prediction model by taking minimization of propulsive power as a target, and in the process of particle swarm optimization, searching an optimal trim which enables the propulsive power to be minimum at each navigational speed and under eating water based on each particle in a particle swarm to obtain a trim optimization result of the target ship; a particle swarm optimization mode is adopted to minimize a method for calculating an optimal trim value based on an established ship propulsion power prediction model, and the optimal trim value of the ship under multiple drains and navigational speeds can be automatically calculated, so that the propulsion efficiency of the ship is improved.
