The invention discloses a road driving suitability evaluation method based on an XGBoost-SHAP and a random parameter multivariate Logit model, and relates to the field of road driving suitability evaluation analysis, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: S1, employing front automobile data recorder data and IMU data in an automatic driving automobile data set; s2, establishing a quantitative model of road environment aesthetics, and extracting related characteristic variables from four aspects of naturalness, vividness, diversity and uniformity; s3, an explainable machine learning method combining XGBoost and SHAP is adopted, occurrence of dangerous driving behaviors serves as a dependent variable, road environment aesthetics features serve as independent variables, a road driving suitability RRAV evaluation model of the automatic driving automobile is established, and the relation between road environment aesthetics and dangerous driving behavior RDBAV of the automatic driving automobile is researched; and S4, researching the influence of the random parameter heterogeneity on the RDBAV in the road driving suitability evaluation model by adopting a random parameter multivariate Logit model considering the mean value and variance heterogeneity.

    本发明公开了基于XGBoost‑SHAP和随机参数多元Logit模型的道路适驾性评估方法,涉及道路适驾评估分析领域,具体包括以下步骤:S1:利用自动驾驶汽车数据集中的前行车记录仪数据和IMU数据;S2:建立了道路环境美学的量化模型,从自然性、生动性、多样性和统一性四个方面提取相关特征变量;S3:采用XGBoost与SHAP相结合的可解释机器学习方法,以危险驾驶行为的发生为因变量,道路环境美学特征为自变量,建立自动驾驶汽车的道路适驾性RRAV评价模型,研究道路环境美学与自动驾驶汽车的危险驾驶行为RDBAV之间的关系;S4:采用考虑均值及方差异质性的随机参数多元Logit模型,研究道路适驾性评价模型中随机参数异质性对RDBAV的影响。
