The immersed tube installation barge with the adjustable hoisting width comprises a barge body, grooves are symmetrically formed in the two sides of the barge body, and the grooves are provided with reinforcing beams; the hoisting base is arranged on the barge body, the hoisting base is provided with two mounting grooves which are parallel to each other and located in the two sides of the open groove, and the mounting grooves are provided with a plurality of pin holes which are distributed side by side in the width direction of the barge body; and the lifting device is used for lifting the immersed tube, the lifting device is in sliding fit with the mounting groove, a plurality of shaft holes matched with the pin holes are formed in the lifting device, pin shafts are arranged in the shaft holes, and the pin shafts penetrate through the pin holes. The scheme provided by the invention can adapt to the hoisting spacing of immersed tubes with different specifications, and can be widely applied to different immersed tube tunnel projects.
