The invention provides a light-weight roll-on-roll-off ship upper-layer vehicle deck which comprises a steel beam frame and a plurality of special-shaped plate structure units, the steel beam frame is of a grid type structure, the special-shaped plate structure units are arranged in grids respectively, and the peripheral sides of the special-shaped plate structure units are connected with the steel beam frame structure on the peripheral side of each grid; a plurality of vehicle binding holes are formed in each special-shaped plate structure unit in a matrix mode. The upper-layer vehicle deck of the light-weight roll-on-roll-off ship can be installed and built in a modular mode, the workload of fire work and correspondingly generated deck welding deformation are reduced, and the ship type building efficiency can be improved; the weight of the multi-layer deck of the upper cargo hold can be reduced, so that the ship energy consumption and harmful particle emission are reduced, the ship is energy-saving and environment-friendly, and the ship type competitiveness is improved.

    本发明提供了一种轻量化滚装船上层车辆甲板,包括钢制梁框架和多个异型板结构单元,所述钢制梁框架呈网格式结构,多个所述异型板结构单元分别置于一个网格内,异型板结构单元的周侧与每个网格周侧的钢制梁框架结构连接;在每个所述异型板结构单元上呈矩阵设有多个车辆绑扎孔。本发明的轻量化滚装船上层车辆甲板,能够采用模块化方式安装建造,减少火工作业量以及相应产生的甲板焊接变形,利于提升船型建造效率;能够减少上部货舱多层甲板重量,进而降低船舶能耗和有害微粒排放,利于船舶节能、环保,提高船型竞争力。
