The invention belongs to the technical field of metal piece machining, and particularly relates to a bicycle handlebar and a manufacturing method thereof.The bicycle handlebar comprises a handlebar body, handlebar parts bent downwards are formed at the two ends of the handlebar body, an axle connecting part is formed in the middle of the handlebar body, and a cross arm part is formed between the handlebar parts and the axle connecting part; the included angle between the cross arm part and the axis of the axle connecting part is 2-6 degrees; according to the handlebar, the design that the wall thickness of the axle connecting part is large is adopted, so that the handlebar has better stress capacity and impact resistance, the cross arm part and the axle connecting part form an included angle, the wind breaking capacity is improved, the wind resistance during riding is reduced, the handlebar part and the cross arm part are small in wall thickness, the weight of the handlebar is fully reduced, riding is more labor-saving and convenient, and the service life of the handlebar is prolonged. A traditional manufacturing process is improved, a spinning machining mode is combined, and the limitation that the diameter and the wall thickness of a traditional bicycle handlebar are uniform is eliminated through multi-stage spinning, pipe bending and electroplating.
