The invention discloses a design method of a liftable steering drive axle of an amphibious vehicle, which comprises the following steps: S1, selecting a structural form of the drive axle: selecting a disconnected drive axle or a non-disconnected drive axle according to the type of a vehicle suspension; and S3, after selection of the structural form of the steering drive axle component is completed, design of all the components of the steering drive axle is conducted, and the design comprises design of a main speed reducer, design of a differential mechanism and an axle housing and design of a steering drive axle lifting system. According to the method, firstly, a main speed reducer and a differential mechanism of the amphibious vehicle are selected and calculated, the main speed reducer and the differential mechanism which are stable in power and stable in transmission are designed under the conditions that the specified size is small and the vehicle space is saved, and secondly, in the aspect of a vehicle suspension, a double-wishbone suspension and a damper with a lifter and an air spring are selected through analog calculation; the manufacturing cost is fully saved, and the design requirement is met.
本发明公开了一种水陆两栖车可升降转向驱动桥的设计方法,包括如下步骤:S1、驱动桥的结构形式选择:根据车辆悬架的类别,选择采用断开式驱动桥或选用非断开式驱动桥的机构设计;S2、转向驱动桥构件的结构形式选择:S3、转向驱动桥构件的结构形式选择完毕,进行转向驱动桥的各个构件的设计,包括主减速器设计、差速器及桥壳的设计、转向驱动桥升降系统的设计。本发明首先对于水陆两栖车的主减速器和差速器的选择计算,通过在规定的尺寸小,节约车辆空间,设计出了动力稳定,传输平稳的主减速器和差速器,其次在车辆悬架方面,通过模拟计算,选择了双横臂悬架和升降器加空气弹簧的减震器,充分节约了制造成本,符合了设计要求。
