The invention discloses a safety lever mechanism of a switch machine. The safety lever mechanism comprises a lever stick, a handle spring seat, a handle shaft sleeve, a cam clutch plate, a clutch sliding block, a cam, a lever main shaft and a tail end meshing gear. The pulling rod is fixedly connected with the handle spring seat, and the handle shaft sleeve is located outside the handle spring seat and the clutch sliding block. The cam clutch plate and the cam are sequentially connected to the outer side of the hand-operated main shaft in a sleeved mode, the cam clutch plate and the hand-operated main shaft are fixedly connected together, the cam is fixedly connected with the machine shell, and the other end of the hand-operated main shaft is provided with a tail end meshing gear. A cam clutch plate clamping groove is formed in the outer edge of the cam clutch plate, a cam sliding groove is formed in the side, close to the cam clutch plate, of the cam, and the longitudinal section of the clutch sliding block is in a step shape. According to the hand pulling mechanism of the electric switch machine special for turning of the vehicle, the pulling rod handle is adopted for driving, clutch control is carried out through the cam inserting groove, meanwhile, the end face cam travel switch is installed, double safety measures of a mechanical structure and a circuit are achieved, and reliability is high.

    本发明公开了一种转辙机的安全型手扳机构,包括扳棍、手柄弹簧座、手柄轴套、凸轮离合板、离合滑块、凸轮、手扳主轴和末端啮合齿轮;扳棍与手柄弹簧座固定连接,手柄轴套位于手柄弹簧座与离合滑块外侧;凸轮离合板和凸轮依次套接在手扳主轴的外侧,凸轮离合板与手扳主轴固连在一起,凸轮与机壳固定连接,手扳主轴的另一端设有末端啮合齿轮;凸轮离合板外缘设有凸轮离合板卡槽,凸轮靠近凸轮离合板一侧设有凸轮滑槽,离合滑块的纵向截面为台阶形。本发明用于车转专用的电动转辙机的手扳机构,采用扳棍手柄驱动,通过凸轮插槽进行离合控制,同时安装端面凸轮行程开关,实现机械结构与电路双安全措施,可靠性高。
