A railway vehicle floor height hydraulic adjusting system is installed on a bogie. The hydraulic system is characterized by comprising a plurality of hydraulic cylinders connected with a lifting platform of a compartment floor, a two-way hydraulic control valve group communicated with rodless cavities II and rod cavities I of the hydraulic cylinders respectively, a three-position four-way electromagnetic directional valve communicated with the two-way hydraulic control valve group, and a hydraulic pump communicated with the three-position four-way electromagnetic directional valve, the motor drives the hydraulic pump to operate, the oil cavity is respectively communicated with the hydraulic pump and the three-position four-way electromagnetic directional valve, the three-position four-way electromagnetic directional valve and the motor are respectively controlled by signals of the controller, and the hydraulic cylinder is locked along with power loss of the three-position four-way electromagnetic directional valve and the motor and extends or shortens along with power gaining of the three-position four-way electromagnetic directional valve and the motor. The carrying capacity of the carriage is effectively improved, the hydraulic oil circuit structure is simpler, the manufacturing and maintenance cost is lower, and the height adjustment accuracy of the carriage floor is higher. The invention further provides a hydraulic adjusting method for the height of the railway vehicle floor.

    轨道车辆地板高度液压调节系统,装在转向架上,其特征在于:包括多个与车厢地板的升降平台连接的液压缸、与液压缸的无杆腔Ⅱ和有杆腔Ⅰ分别联通的双向液控阀组、与双向液控阀组联通的三位四通电磁换向阀、与三位四通电磁换向阀联通的液压泵、驱动液压泵运行的电机和与液压泵、三位四通电磁换向阀分别联通的油腔,三位四通电磁换向阀和电机分别由控制器信号控制,液压缸随三位四通电磁换向阀和电机的失电而被锁定,而随三位四通电磁换向阀和电机的得电而伸长或缩短。本发明有效提高车厢的运载能力,液压油路结构更简单,制造和维护成本更低,车厢地板高度调节的准确性更高。本发明还提供一种轨道车辆地板高度液压调节方法。
