The invention provides a self-adaptive adjusting mechanism of an airladder, a using method of the self-adaptive adjusting mechanism and the airladder, and belongs to the technical field of aviation technology comprehensive guarantee. The self-adaptive adjusting mechanism of the airladder comprises trundles, wheel forks, a movable cylinder, a rotating shaft and a spring cylinder; the rotating shaft is assembled in the movable cylinder through a bearing, the spring cylinder is fixedly connected with the upper end of the movable cylinder, and the inner diameter of the spring cylinder is larger than the outer diameter of the rotating shaft. The wheel forks are fixedly connected with the ends, away from the spring barrels, of the rotating shafts, the trundles are installed on the wheel forks, the spring barrels are fixed to the lower portion of the boarding ladder body structure, and the movable barrels are provided with clamping holes allowing the clamping pieces to penetrate through. The invention has better manufacturability and bearing capacity; the structure is simple, height adjustment can be automatically completed by means of gravity, and the height of the airstairs can be automatically adjusted to adapt to angle changes.

    本发明提供一种登机梯自适应调节机构及其使用方法、登机梯,属于航空技术综合保障技术领域,该登机梯自适应调节机构包括脚轮、轮叉、活动筒、回转轴、弹簧筒;回转轴通过轴承装配在活动筒内部,弹簧筒与活动筒的上端固连,弹簧筒的内径大于回转轴的外径;轮叉与回转轴远离弹簧筒的一端固连,脚轮安装在轮叉上,弹簧筒固定在登机梯主体结构下方,活动筒设有允许卡接件穿过的卡接孔。本发明具有较好的工艺性和承载能力;结构简单,依靠重力便可自行完成高度调节,能自动调节登机梯高度以适配角度变化。
