Each axially inner portion (861, 862, 871, 872) of each of the first and second transverse cutouts (801, 802, 811, 812) of the acoustic dispersion pair extends in a general direction forming a first non-zero average angle with the axial direction (Y), said first non-zero average angle being different from a second non-zero average angle (F1, F2, F11, F12) formed with the axial direction (Y).
