The invention relates to the technical field of power grid load control, in particular to a power grid load dynamic balancing method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining all electric vehicles which are accessed to a smart power grid at all adjustment moments, and the predicted residual charging duration and charging power of each electric vehicle, acquiring power load data of each power grid node at each adjustment moment; determining a first electric energy influence coefficient, a second electric energy influence coefficient and a comprehensive electric energy influence coefficient of each power grid node at each adjustment moment; acquiring a model for simulating the change of the power grid quality of the line where each power grid node is located along with the load; and based on the model and a preset target, determining a target function in a particle swarm optimization algorithm, and based on an optimal solution of the target function, dynamically balancing the charging load of the smart power grid. The invention aims to improve the stability and reliability of the optimized smart power grid in each region, so as to better realize the dynamic balance control of the power grid load.

    本申请涉及电网负荷控制技术领域,具体涉及一种电网负荷动态均衡方法及系统,该方法包括:获取各调节时刻已经接入智能电网的所有电动汽车,以及各电动汽车的预计剩余充电时长和充电功率,获取各电网节点在各调节时刻的电力负荷数据;确定各电网节点在各调节时刻的第一电能影响系数、第二电能影响系数与综合电能影响系数;获取用于模拟各电网节点所在线路的电网质量随负荷变化的模型;基于所述模型与预设目标,确定粒子群优化算法中的目标函数,基于目标函数的最优解,动态均衡智能电网的充电负荷。本申请旨在提高优化后的智能电网在各区域的稳定性和可靠性,进而更好地实现电网负荷的动态均衡控制。
