The invention discloses a light-weight liquid cooling cable for a direct current charging pile and a production process of the light-weight liquid cooling cable. The light-weight liquid cooling cable for the direct current charging pile comprises a cable core, a filling layer, a belting layer and a sheath layer, a belting layer and a sheath layer are sequentially wrapped outside the cable core, and a filling layer is filled between the belting layer and the cable core; the filling layer is made of a PP rope material, the belting layer is made of a non-woven fabric material, and the sheath layer is made of a thermoplastic elastomer material. The production process sequentially comprises the steps of extrusion of the double-crescent skeleton, stranding of the main power core wire conductor, extrusion of the main power core wire, extrusion of the grounding core wire, extrusion of the auxiliary power core wire, extrusion of the control core wire group and the communication core wire group, overall stranding of the cable core and extrusion of the outer sheath. Through the structural design and material combination, the cable has good mechanical strength and anti-aging performance, meanwhile, the temperature of the cable can be effectively controlled under the high-power charging condition, and therefore the overall safety of the charging pile is improved, and the service life of the charging pile is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种轻量化直流充电桩用液冷线缆及其生产工艺。轻量化直流充电桩用液冷线缆包括缆芯、填充层、包带层和护套层;缆芯外依次包裹有包带层和护套层,包带层与缆芯之间填充有填充层;填充层采用PP绳材料,包带层采用无纺布材料,护套层采用热塑性弹性体材料。生产工艺依次包括双月牙骨架押出、主电力芯线导体绞合、主电力芯线押出、接地芯线押出、辅助动力芯线押出、控制芯线线组、通信芯线线组押出、缆芯整体绞合和外护套押出。本发明的结构设计和材料组合,不仅具备了良好的机械强度和抗老化性能,同时还能够在高功率充电条件下有效控制线缆的温度,从而提高充电桩的整体安全性和使用寿命。
