The invention relates to the technical field of traffic management, and particularly discloses a traffic monitoring system based on machine vision, and the system comprises a partitioning module which is used for determining a target building in a preset monitoring region, and determining an initial region according to the position of the target building; the processing module is used for determining the vehicle density in the initial area and determining the congestion radius according to the vehicle density; determining a theoretical center according to the position of the vehicle in the crowding radius, and correcting the crowding radius according to the theoretical center to obtain a standard radius; drawing a curve of the standard radius changing along with time, calculating a target radius and determining a target area; and the prompting module is used for determining a fork road closest to the boundary of the target area on the to-be-determined route and sending early warning information when the vehicle arrives at the fork road. The driving route of the vehicle can be prompted according to the vehicle density, and noise pollution caused by too high vehicle density is avoided.

    本发明涉及交通管理技术领域,具体公开了一种基于机器视觉的交通监控系统,包括:分区模块:确定预设的监测区域内的目标建筑,根据目标建筑所在位置确定初始区域;处理模块:确定初始区域内的车辆密度,根据车辆密度确定拥挤半径;根据拥挤半径内的车辆所在位置确定理论中心,根据理论中心对拥挤半径进行修正得到标准半径;绘制标准半径随时间变化的曲线,计算目标半径并确定目标区域;提示模块:确定待定路线上与目标区域的边界间距离最近的岔路口,并在车辆到达该岔路口时发送预警信息。本发明可以根据车辆密度对车辆的行驶路线进行提示,避免车辆密度过高引起的噪声污染。
