The invention discloses a traffic flow data anomaly identification method based on fuzzy outlier detection, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a traffic flow data set, constructing delta B + tree indexes based on the traffic flow data set, constructing a first boundary search algorithm and a second boundary search algorithm, and constructing an MBAFOM search algorithm which is used for setting limiting parameters, all leaf nodes are obtained from the delta B + tree indexes, the number of first neighbors and the number of second neighbors of all the leaf nodes are calculated according to a first boundary search algorithm and a second boundary search algorithm, and the types of the leaf nodes are calculated according to limiting parameters and the number of the first neighbors and the number of the second neighbors corresponding to the leaf nodes; all potential outliers are obtained, the fuzzy outlier degree of the potential outliers is calculated, and all determined outliers, the potential outliers and the fuzzy outlier degree of the potential outliers serve as abnormal traffic data. According to the method, the retrieval efficiency of the data nodes and the detection precision of the abnormal traffic data are improved.
本发明公开了基于模糊离群点检测的交通流数据异常识别方法,包括获取交通流数据集,基于交通流数据集构建δ个B+树索引,构建第一边界查找算法和第二边界查找算法,构建MBAFOM查找算法,所述MBAFOM查找算法用于设置限定参数,从δ个B+树索引中获取所有的叶子结点,根据第一边界查找算法和第二边界查找算法计算所有叶子结点的第一邻居个数和第二邻居个数,根据限定参数、与叶子结点对应的第一邻居个数和第二邻居个数计算叶子结点的类型,获取所有的潜在离群点,计算潜在离群点的模糊离群度,将所有的确定离群点、潜在离群点及所述潜在离群点的模糊离群度作为异常交通数据。本发明提高了数据结点的检索效率和异常交通数据的检测精度。
