The invention provides a charging station charging strategy optimization method based on an improved NSGA-II algorithm, and belongs to the technical field of multi-objective optimization. The problem of operation cost of an electric heavy truck battery swap station in a battery swap mode is solved; comprising the following steps: modeling an actual operation scene of the electric heavy truck in a battery swap mode, and determining the daily average battery swap demand of a battery swap station; taking the minimization of the operation cost of the battery swap station as a target, providing three target functions including the initial configuration battery number of the battery swap station, the battery charging loss and the electric power cost, and establishing a multi-target optimization model; the aspects of operator operation, parameter adjustment, crowding degree distance calculation and the like in a traditional NSGA-II algorithm are improved, and an established multi-target optimization model is solved, so that a charging and battery replacing strategy of the heavy truck in a battery replacing mode is obtained; the method is applied to the operation of the battery swap station of the electric heavy truck.

    本发明提供了一种基于改进NSGA‑Ⅱ算法的换电站充换电策略优化方法,属于多目标优化技术领域;解决了换电模式下电动重型卡车换电站的运营成本问题;包括以下步骤:对换电模式下电动重型卡车实际运营场景建模,确定换电站日均换电需求;以最小化换电站运营成本为目标,提出包括换电站初始配置电池数量、电池充电损耗和电力成本在内的三个目标函数,建立一个多目标优化模型;通过对传统NSGA‑Ⅱ算法中操作算子、参数调整和拥挤度距离计算等方面进行改进并求解所建立的多目标优化模型,从而得到换电模式下重型卡车的充换电策略;本发明应用于电动重型卡车的换电站运营。
