The invention provides a marine resource monitoring method and device, and the method comprises the steps: receiving the expelling information transmitted by a control center in real time, and enabling the expelling information to comprise the position information of a to-be-expelled ship; and driving to the to-be-expelled ship based on the position information. And responding to and arriving at the position of the to-be-expelled ship, shouting and expelling the to-be-expelled ship through a loudspeaker, and shooting the to-be-expelled ship for evidence obtaining until the to-be-expelled ship leaves the protection area. Therefore, shooting evidence obtaining and shouting expelling are carried out on the to-be-expelled ship through the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the problem that a photoelectric device is insufficient in visual range and cannot carry out tracking shooting on a far ship is solved. And meanwhile, the phenomenon that the ship cannot receive expelling information and cannot be expelled under the condition that the ship is not provided with wireless receiving equipment is avoided. Therefore, the reliability of ship expelling is improved, and the reliability of marine resource monitoring is further improved.

    本申请提出一种海上资源的监控方法及装置,其中,方法包括:实时接收控制中心发送的驱逐信息,其中,驱逐信息包括待驱逐船舶的位置信息。基于位置信息驶向待驱逐船舶。响应与到达待驱逐船舶位置,通过扬声器对待驱逐船舶进行喊话驱离,并对待驱逐船舶进行拍摄取证,直至待驱逐船舶驶离保护区。由此,通过无人机对待驱逐船舶进行拍摄取证和喊话驱离,解决了光电设备可视范围不足,无法对较远船舶跟踪拍摄的难点。同时避免了船舶在未安装无线电接收设备的情况下,无法接受驱逐信息,无法对其进行驱离的现象。从而提高了驱离船舶的可靠性,进而提高了海上资源监测的可靠性。
