The invention discloses a flexible beam fatigue test device which is characterized in that in an end support assembly of the device, an end support is fixedly mounted on a bottom plate through a mounting part of the end support, and a double-lug connecting part of the end support is fixedly connected with a single-lug end of a flexible beam support end joint through a flexible beam support bolt; the other end of the flexible beam support end joint is fixedly connected with one end, close to the end support, of the flexible beam through a flexible beam support end bolt; the end, away from the end support, of the flexible beam is connected with the loading connector assembly through a bolt. A side support in the side support assembly is fixedly installed on the bottom plate through an installation part of the side support and located in the middle of the flexible beam. The connecting plate is fixedly mounted on the side support; a groove is formed in an inner side cover plate of the flexible beam fixing assembly, a flexible beam is embedded and installed through the groove, and an outer side cover plate is fixedly connected with the inner side cover plate through a cover plate bolt so that the flexible beam can be fixed between the inner side cover plate and the outer side cover plate. The connecting plate of the side support assembly is connected with the inner side cover plate; the flexible beam fatigue test device applies a flexible beam fatigue test load through the loading joint assembly. According to the technical scheme, the problems that flapping, torque and shimmy loads cannot be loaded at the same time and the loading frequency is low in an existing fatigue test mode for the flexible beam are solved.

    本发明公开一种柔性梁疲劳试验装置,该装置的端头支座组件中,端头支座通过其安装部固定安装在底板上,其双耳连接部与柔性梁支座端接头的单耳端通过柔性梁支座螺栓固定连接;柔性梁支座端接头的另一端与柔性梁接近端头支座的一端通过柔性梁支座端螺栓固定连接;柔性梁远离端头支座的一端与加载接头组件通过螺栓连接;侧部支座组件中的侧支座通过其安装部固定安装在底板上、且位于柔性梁中部;连接板固定安装在侧支座上;柔性梁固定组件的内侧盖板上开设有凹槽,通过凹槽嵌入安装柔性梁,外侧盖板通过盖板螺栓与内侧盖板固定连接,以将柔性梁固定在内侧盖板与外侧盖板之间;侧部支座组件的连接板与内侧盖板连接;柔性梁疲劳试验装置通过加载接头组件施加柔性梁疲劳试验载荷。本发明技术方案解决了针对柔性梁的现有疲劳试验方式无法同时加载挥舞、扭矩和摆振载荷,以及加载频率较低的问题。
