The invention provides an internal combustion locomotive diesel engine unit floating valve vibration isolation installation system and a design method thereof. The installation system comprises a common base, a lower-layer vibration isolator, a middle raft frame, an upper-layer vibration isolator and a diesel generator set which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The upper portion of the common base is connected with the lower portion of the lower-layer vibration isolator, the upper portion of the lower-layer vibration isolator is connected with the lower portion of the middle raft frame, the upper portion of the middle raft frame is connected with the lower portion of the upper-layer vibration isolator, and the upper portion of the upper-layer vibration isolator is connected with the lower portion of the diesel generator set. The diesel generator set comprises a diesel engine and a generator, and the diesel engine and the generator are connected through an elastic coupling. The vibration of the diesel engine unit is localized, the vibration comfort of the cab of the diesel locomotive is improved, the vibration input magnitude of equipment on the locomotive is reduced, the reliability is improved, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.

    本发明提供一种内燃机车柴发机组浮阀隔振安装系统及其设计方法。安装系统包括:由下至上依次设置的公共底座、下层隔振器、中间筏架、上层隔振器和柴发机组;所述公共底座的上部与下层隔振器的下部相连,所述下层隔振器的上部与中间筏架的下部相连,所述中间筏架的上部与上层隔振器的下部相连,所述上层隔振器的上部与柴发机组的下部相连;所述柴发机组包括柴油机和发电机,所述柴油机和发电机之间通过弹性联轴节相连。本发明将柴发机组的振动局部化,提升内燃机车司机室的振动舒适性,降低对车上设备的振动输入量级,提升其可靠性和使用寿命。
