The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle control, and provides a single adjustable damping valve shock absorber which comprises a liquid storage cylinder, a first valve block and a second valve block are oppositely arranged on the side walls of the two sides of the liquid storage cylinder, and the first valve block and the second valve block are connected with gear pumps correspondingly; an upper cavity and a lower cavity are formed in the liquid storage barrel, the upper cavity and the lower cavity are communicated through opening of a bottom valve, a working cylinder and a piston piece capable of moving in the working cylinder are arranged in the upper cavity, the piston piece divides the working cylinder into a recovery cavity and a compression cavity, a floating piston is arranged at the top in the lower cavity, and an energy storage device cavity is formed between the bottom valve and the floating piston; the first valve block internally comprises an electromagnetic valve set and a first electromagnetic valve annular cavity formed in the outer side of the circumferential direction of the electromagnetic valve set, and the second valve block internally comprises a switch electromagnetic valve. According to the scheme, complex pipelines are reduced, the stability of the shock absorber is improved, and the response speed and reliability of damping control are improved.

    本发明涉及车辆控制技术领域,提供了一种单可调阻尼阀减振器,包括贮液筒,贮液筒两侧的侧壁上相对设有第一阀块和第二阀块,第一阀块和第二阀块分别连接有齿轮泵;贮液筒内设有上腔和下腔,所述上腔和下腔之间通过底阀的开启连通,上腔内设有工作缸及在工作缸内可移动的活塞件,活塞件将工作缸分隔为复原腔和压缩腔,下腔内顶部设有浮动活塞,底阀和浮动活塞之间形成储能器腔;第一阀块内包括电磁阀组及沿电磁阀组周向外侧设置的第一电磁阀环腔,第二阀块内包括开关电磁阀。本方案不仅减少了复杂的管路,提高了减振器的稳定性,而且提高了阻尼控制的响应速度和可靠性。
