The invention provides a construction method of a platform device special for deepwater underwater grouting, and belongs to the technical field of hydraulic engineering leakage treatment, and the construction method comprises the following steps: 1) constructing a buoyancy structure size calculation model considering surge height; 2) constructing a logarithm calculation model of the cable for resisting the 8-level wind load; 3) determining the number n of required closed hollow boxes, the width b of a single closed hollow box, the length l of the single closed hollow box, the height h of the single closed hollow box and the logarithm m of cables according to the buoyancy structure size calculation model and the logarithm calculation model of the 8-level wind load resistant cables; (4) according to the structural size and the number of the closed hollow boxes and the number of the cable pairs determined in the step (3), the multiple closed hollow boxes are connected into a whole through a connecting and supporting structure; and the floating body structure is fixed on a peripheral fixed object by using a mooring rope. The platform device constructed by the method can provide a construction platform for equipment and materials such as a drilling machine and grouting, diving of frogmen and operation of workers, can adapt to reservoir water level change and 8-level storm working environments, realizes all-weather 24-hour overwater operation construction of underwater grouting, and enables underwater large-scale drilling and grouting in front of a dam in a reservoir, such as ground leveling.

    本发明提供了一种深水水下灌浆专用平台装置的构建方法,属于水利工程渗漏处理技术领域,包括以下步骤:1)构建考虑涌浪高度的浮力结构尺寸计算模型;2)构建抗8级风载缆绳对数计算模型;3)根据浮力结构尺寸计算模型和抗8级风载缆绳对数计算模型,确定所需的密闭空心箱个数n、单个密闭空心箱宽度b、单个密闭空心箱长度l、单个密闭空心箱高度h和缆绳对数m;4)根据步骤3)确定的密闭空心箱的结构尺寸、数量和缆绳对数的数量,采用连接支撑结构将多个密闭空心箱连接成一体;并用缆绳将浮体结构固定到周边固定物体上。本发明方法构建的平台装置既可为钻机、灌浆等设备、材料以及蛙人潜水、工人作业提供施工平台,又可以适应库水位变化、8级风浪工作环境,实现水下灌浆全天候24h水上作业施工,使得库内坝前水下大规模钻孔及灌浆如履平地。
