The modified material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 80-120 parts of a resin raw material; 5-20 parts of a filling agent; 10 to 25 parts of a toughening agent; 0.5 to 4 parts of a lubricant; 0.4 to 2 parts of an antioxidant; 0.3 to 1.5 parts of a cross-linking agent; the resin raw material is a recycled PP T30S polypropylene resin reworked material subjected to acid pickling treatment, and the filling agent is calcium carbonate with the particle size of 0.1-0.5 mu m; the modified material is prepared by mixing a resin raw material with other auxiliaries in proportion and then adding the mixture into a twin-screw extruder for extrusion granulation. The light-weight PP modified material for the automobile bumper is prepared by recovering and regenerating the polypropylene raw material through specific processing and modification processes, has the advantages of impact resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance, light weight, recyclability and the like, and not only ensures the material performance, but also improves the production efficiency by recovering and regenerating the polypropylene raw material and combining with a modification processing flow. And the cost is effectively reduced, and the green and environment-friendly development concept is embodied.
