The invention discloses a grab bucket lifting system and hoisting machinery, the grab bucket lifting system comprises a grab bucket device, a main lifting device and an auxiliary lifting device, a lifting connecting piece of the grab bucket device is fixedly arranged at the upper end of a grab bucket body, and an opening and closing rope can drive the grab bucket body to be switched between an unloading opening state and a grabbing closing state; a main lifting rope of the main lifting device is connected with the lifting connecting piece through a main lifting pulley block, an auxiliary lifting rope of the auxiliary lifting device is connected with the opening and closing rope through an auxiliary lifting pulley block, and under the condition that the grab bucket body is in an unloading opening state, the auxiliary lifting pulley block is located above the main lifting pulley block. The first releasing length of the opening and closing rope is set to enable the transverse distance between the auxiliary lifting pulley block and the main lifting rope to be larger than or equal to the maximum offset distance of the main lifting rope under the action of transverse deflection force, and therefore the lifting weight of the grab bucket body can be increased, and meanwhile the phenomenon that the lifting rope is abraded by a pulley lifting hook can be avoided.
本发明公开了一种抓斗起升系统及起重机械,抓斗起升系统包括抓斗装置、主起升装置和副起升装置,抓斗装置的起升连接件固定设于抓斗体的上端,开合绳可驱动抓斗体在卸载打开状态和抓取闭合状态之间进行切换,主起升装置的主起升绳通过主起升滑轮组与起升连接件连接,副起升装置的副起升绳通过副起升滑轮组与开合绳连接,在抓斗体处于卸载打开状态的情况下,副起升滑轮组位于主起升滑轮组之上,并且开合绳的第一放出长度设为可使得副起升滑轮组与主起升绳的横向间距大于或等于主起升绳在横向偏摆力作用下的最大偏距距离,由此可使得在提升抓斗体的起重重量的同时还可以避免不会出现滑轮吊钩磨损起升绳的现象。
