The invention relates to the technical field of loading and unloading of a swimming pool type reactor irradiation device, in particular to a using method of a double-layer tubular hoisting device for loading and unloading of an irradiation device, the hoisting device comprises an inner-layer tube and an outer-layer tube, the inner-layer tube is arranged in the outer-layer tube, the upper end of the inner-layer tube is connected with the upper end of the outer-layer tube in a clamped mode, and the outer-layer tube is connected with the inner-layer tube in a clamped mode. The lower end of the inner-layer pipe is clamped with the lower end of the outer-layer pipe, the lower end of the inner-layer pipe is connected with a grabbing head, and the hoisting head is used for being detachably connected with an irradiation device; by means of the double-layer pipe design, the inner-layer pipe and the outer-layer pipe can work cooperatively, the rigidity and stability of the device are effectively improved, deformation and errors generated in the hoisting process are reduced, in addition, the arranged torsion plate can transmit larger torque, the axial limiting function is provided for the inner-layer pipe and the grabbing head, the grabbing head is prevented from falling off accidentally, and the safety of the device is improved. And the safety of the device is enhanced.

    本发明泳池式反应堆辐照装置装卸技术领域,具体涉及一种用于辐照装置装卸的双层管式吊装装置的使用方法,吊装装置包括:内层管和外层管,所述内层管设置在所述外层管内部,所述内层管的上端与所述外层管的上端卡接,所述内层管的下端与所述外层管的下端卡接,所述内层管的下端连接有抓取头,所述吊装头用于与辐照装置可拆卸的连接;本发明的双层管设计可以使内外两层管的协同工作,有效提高了装置的刚度和稳定性,减少了吊装过程中产生的变形和误差,另外设置的扭力板不仅能够传递更大的扭矩,还对内层管和抓取头提供了轴向限位功能,防止抓取头意外掉落,增强了装置的安全性。
