The invention discloses a mechanical self-adaptive assembly interface, and belongs to the technical field of spacecrafts, the mechanical self-adaptive assembly interface comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a connecting rod mechanism, a guide rod and a pressing mechanism, the connecting rod mechanism comprises a first bottom plate, a second bottom plate, a shape memory alloy spring, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod; the first connecting rod is connected with the connecting rod mechanism through a bolt, the second connecting rod is connected with the guide rod through a bolt, the pressing mechanism is connected between the second connecting rod and the guide rod in series, a shape memory alloy spring of the connecting rod mechanism is in a contraction state when the self-adaptive connector works in a locking mode, and the second connecting rod is perpendicular to the axis of the self-adaptive connector. The boss plane of the second bottom plate coincides with the boss plane of the first bottom plate, the bottom face of the second bottom plate coincides with the bottom face of the pressing plate, and the self-adaptive connector is in a locked rotating state. The mechanical self-adaptive assembly interface is high in tolerance during assembly, rapid self-adaptive assembly can be realized, and the assembly difficulty is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种机械式自适应装配接口,属于航天器技术领域,包括第一连接杆、第二连接杆、连杆机构、导向杆和压紧机构,其中连杆机构包括第一底板、第二底板、形状记忆合金弹簧、第一连杆和第二连杆,所述第一连接杆与连杆机构、第二连接杆与导向杆分别通过螺栓连接,压紧机构串接于第二连接杆与所述导向杆之间,自适应接口锁紧工作时连杆机构的形状记忆合金弹簧处于收缩状态,第二连杆垂直于自适应接口轴线,第二底板的凸台平面与第一底板的凸台平面以及第二底板的底面与压板的底面分别重合,自适应接口处于锁紧转态。本发明的一种机械式自适应装配接口装配时容差性强,可实现快速自适应装配,降低装配难度。
