The invention relates to the technical field of wing manufacturing, and provides an aircraft static aeroelastic wind tunnel test model composite wing manufacturing process, which comprises the following steps: firstly analyzing the assembly structure of a wing main body, the partition structure of the skin of the wing main body and the structural form of a wing skeleton, the wing skeleton comprising a root joint, a front beam, a rear beam, a stiffening beam and ribs; the root joint is connected with the front beam, the rear beam and the reinforcing beam in a mode of combining glue joint with screws, ribs on the wing framework are connected with the front beam, the rear beam and the reinforcing beam, and the composite skin is connected with the main beam, the ribs and the root joint through screws. A mature and reliable production process is summarized, and the process starts from design and manufacturing of a forming mold of wing composite skin, skin forming, beam frame forming, design and manufacturing of a beam frame assembling mold and detection of the skin, the beam frame and the wing, and the aircraft static aeroelastic wind tunnel test model wing machining process is formed. And the whole wing has relatively high strength and bearing effect.

    本发明涉及机翼制造技术领域,提供了一种飞机静气弹风洞试验模型复材机翼制造工艺,先分析机翼主体的组件结构和机翼主体的蒙皮的分区结构,机翼骨架的结构形式,其中所述机翼骨架包括根部接头、前梁、后梁、加强梁和肋;将根部接头与前梁、后梁、加强梁之间采用胶接结合螺钉的方式进行连接,机翼骨架上的各处肋与前梁、后梁、加强梁进行连接,复材蒙皮与主梁、各肋和根部接头进行螺钉连接。本发明总结出一套成熟且可靠的生产工艺,该工艺从机翼复材蒙皮的成型模具设计制造、蒙皮成型、梁架成型、梁架装配模具的设计制造以及蒙皮、梁架、机翼的检测出发,形成一套飞机静气弹风洞试验模型机翼加工工艺,使得机翼整体具备较高的强度和承力效果。
