A helicopter propeller ice preventing and removing device comprises a pump, a flow dividing bin, a pressure dividing valve and micro-channel rubber, the pump is arranged in a helicopter, the inlet end of the pump is connected with a liquid storage tank, the outlet end of the pump is connected with the flow dividing bin, the flow dividing bin is rotationally assembled on a rotating shaft of the helicopter, the pressure dividing valve is arranged in the propeller, and a liquid outlet hole of the flow dividing bin is connected with the pressure dividing valve; the front edge of the propeller is coated with micro-channel rubber, a plurality of liquid storage chambers are arranged in the micro-channel rubber, a plurality of liquid inlet holes are formed in the micro-channel rubber located on one sides of the liquid storage chambers and used for being attached to the outer surface of the propeller, and a plurality of micron-sized channels distributed in an array mode are formed in the micro-channel rubber located on the other sides of the liquid storage chambers. Each liquid storage chamber is communicated with a plurality of corresponding micron-sized flow channels, a liquid outlet of the partial pressure valve is communicated with the liquid inlet hole, deicing liquid is intermittently or continuously sprayed on the super-amphiphobic surface of the micro-flow channel rubber, a super-smooth interface is formed, the anti-icing and deicing effects are achieved, and meanwhile the self-cleaning function is provided.
一种直升机螺旋桨防除冰装置,包括泵、分流仓、分压阀、微流道橡胶,泵设置在直升机的内部且泵的进口端与储液箱连接、出口端与分流仓连接,分流仓转动装配在直升机的旋转轴上,螺旋桨的内部设有分压阀,分流仓的出液孔与分压阀连接;螺旋桨的前缘包覆有微流道橡胶,微流道橡胶的内部设有多个储液室,位于储液室一侧并用于贴合螺旋桨外表面的微流道橡胶上设有多个进液孔,位于储液室另一侧的微流道橡胶上设有呈阵列分布的多个微米级流道,每个储液室与相应的若干个微米级流道连通,分压阀的出液口与前述进液孔连通,通过间歇喷洒或持续喷洒除冰液在微流道橡胶的超双疏表面上,形成超光滑的界面,实现防除冰效果的同时也提供自清洁功能。
