The emergency helium releasing device comprises transition ring lining cloth, the transition ring lining cloth is connected to the inner surface of an air bag, a tearing width transition ring is connected to the transition ring lining cloth, the tearing width transition ring and the transition ring lining cloth are arranged around an opening of the air bag, and tearing width covering cloth is connected to the tearing width transition ring to cover the opening of the air bag. The device is good in environmental adaptability and high in safety and reliability, controllable helium release can be achieved, and the airbag body cannot be torn or uncontrollably damaged.
