本发明提供了一种压载水快速排载装置及安装方法,涉及船舶建造技术领域。本发明压载水快速排载装置包括椭圆形盖板、舱内连接弯管和压载水外排软管,其中,椭圆形盖板固定于船舶侧壁人孔上,椭圆形盖板底部的排水孔处焊接有连接圆管,连接圆管首端与设置于货舱内部的舱内连接弯管相法兰连接,尾端与设置于货舱外部的压载水外排软管法兰连接,压载水外排软管上设有手动控制阀门,用于控制压载水排载。本发明还提出了一种压载水快速排载装置安装方法,将重力排水与虹吸原理相结合,利用压载水快速排载装置实现了对舱内压载水的快速排载,降低了施工人员的工作强度,采用分体式结构,配合模块化组合安装和轻量化选材,可重复利用于配载水排放作业中。
