The invention provides a channel hole structure and an ice region polar region ship thereof. The channel hole structure comprises an upper arc section, a lower arc section and a transition section. The upper arc section is a semicircular arc section with a downward opening; the lower arc section is a semicircular arc section with an upward opening, the center line of the lower arc section is aligned with the center line of the upper arc section, and the diameter of the upper arc section is larger than that of the lower arc section; the transition sections are used for being connected with the linear sections at the two ends of the upper arc section and the lower arc section respectively. Through the arc sections with different radiuses, the function is achieved, meanwhile, the mutual stress influence of the overall structure and the surrounding structure is reduced, and the technical problem that in the prior art, a through hole structure for a new structure is lacked is solved.
